Frans is a much respected scholar and we are very pleased that Frans has agreed to cooperate with Universe Research Lab despite a very busy schedule.

Research activities
In his PhD-project Frans has focused on comparative school research at Danish and Finnish primary and lower secondary schools. He has written a wide number of articles and books based on the outcome of this research project.
Besides this, Frans has been involed in, and at various times been responsible for, the supplementary educations related to the Master degrees at the School of Education, University of Aarhus. Likewise he has participated in educational development work regarding the IT- and distance learning educational programmes; taught the Master's Programme, module 2 (learning and cognition) and module 5 (evaluation, counselling and intervention) and finally he has taught at the specialist education for PPR-psychologists.
As Assistant Professor at CVU Fyn within the educational subjects Frans has vast expertise on teaching, counselling, examining and developing the educational subjects (psychology, pedagogics, didactics, bachelor- and final projects) at the teacher training and PD - diploma - educations.
Within the field of research Frans has been preoccupied with tasks for the international research cooperation project 'The Good Work Project', which among others includes Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the flow-theorist from Claremont Graduate University, Professor Howard Gardner (the theory of multiple intelligences) from Harvard University and Associate Professor Hans Henrik Knoop from Universe Research Lab.
