In the period 2008-2010 Universe Research Lab is in charge of an evaluation research project aimed at deeper understanding of management conditions, professional management skills and management well-being in Sønderborg Municipality. The project is carried out in cooperation with approximately 350 managers from the municipality and the consultant company Attractor. Financially the project is supported by Sønderborg Municipality.
